Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. During launches and holiday periods processing can take an extra day or two; we will email you if it does.
US shipping rates
- Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days once shipped): $5.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49
- Every subscription order ships free
International
Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking activates within 24 hours of the label being created.
Lost or damaged in transit
Orders with Redo package protection (offered at checkout) are replaced or refunded automatically if they are lost or arrive damaged. Without it, email us with photos and we will work with the carrier and make it right where we can.
