Refund Policy

Our 90-day money-back guarantee

We want you to give our products a real try. Natural formulas work over weeks, not days, so we give you three full months. If you are not happy with a product you bought on akashasuperfoods.com, email info@akashasuperfoods.com within 90 days of the delivery date and we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

How it works

• The guarantee covers your first purchase of each product, one claim per household, on orders placed on this website. Purchases from Amazon, TikTok Shop or a retail store follow that seller's return policy.
• For subscriptions, the guarantee covers your first shipment. You can skip, pause or cancel future shipments anytime in your account or by emailing us. Please cancel before your next order is placed; once a renewal has shipped it is not refundable.
• Single-jar orders do not need to be returned. For orders of two or more jars, we will send a prepaid label and ask that unopened jars come back to us.
• We refund the product price. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges

If you would rather swap for a different product or flavor, start an exchange through our returns portal or email us. Exchanges are free for orders that added Redo package protection at checkout.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Orders with Redo package protection are covered for loss and damage in transit automatically; orders without it are handled case by case.
