Simple Green Juice Recipe
Without a Juicer or Powders
This green juice recipe is so simple, delicious and easy to make. It’s packed with different fruit and vegetables meaning more nutrients and health benefits for you. Micronutrients are found in many vitamins and minerals. It helps keep the body healthy by supporting bone health, balancing our energy and protecting our immune system just to name a few. You only need to consume micronutrients in small amounts for them to properly work. I listed some of the nutrients below found in the juice recipe.Have fun with this recipe and add in as little or as many ingredients as you would like.
Ingredients
Celery
potassium, folate, choline, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
Green Apple
potassium and vitamin C.
Cucumber
vitamins B and C
Ginger
vitamin C, and B vitamins, pyridoxine, manganese, magnesium, and potassium.
Lemon
vitamin c
Instructions
First start by rinsing your fruit and veggies very well.
Then peel the cucumber, apple and ginger root.
Chop everything into small pieces and add to a blender with 2 to 3 cups of water (add more or less as needed).
Blend everything until it’s smooth and it tastes to your liking.
Place a nut milk bag inside a mason jar and pour your juice into the nut milk bag. Then squeeze the bag until all the juice is out leaving only the pulp in the bag.
Place your juice in the fridge to chill and enjoy!
